Driven around 4 or 5 recycling places and cant find the blue ones for newspapers etc. I know Sainsbury upton had some as used few years back. have they stopped recycling them since grey bins came along. Got too many to grey bin and they don't like them at tip

Just read you cant put shredded paper in your grey bin

Vets always want them to line the cages. Just drop them off.

Yes, definitely vets and rescues - or as an alternative how about putting a 'wanted' on Freecycle for someone with a log burner who has one of those 'paper brick' shapers and would collect spare papers from you regularly when prompted with a phone call?

Sainsburys in Prenton have a paper/cardboard recycling skip.
Just by the side of the petrol station.

Filled up there the other day but was looking for the old blue ones. Managed to find one at Clatterbridge which is multi purpose glass plastic paper. Our local vets had enough paper and didn't want more

Cheers spinner.. saw them but couldn't read what they said. Shouldn't need again as jacked my Wirral globe job in due to dodgy shoulder. About 15 years with them and not even a thank you from them. Only thing I will miss is the neighbourly chats and the exercise.

Well you've got your neighbourly chats on here, Fish. Shoulder is more important and you can always do the walk and have the talk without the papers !

Almost in tears ............... cry

Come on Fish ! You get a posh trolley these days !
Yes I did the Globe delivery on the Holmlands for about
3 years. Used to hate all those damned pamphlets that had
to be sorted. Wind, rain, etc making a right mess of your papers before you get chance to deliver them !!!
Good old days (NOT)
