D.I.Y., you should be able to run an extra rad as a spare off the nearest rad to where you want the new one. 2 bits of pipe,2 straight couplngs,2 elbows and a roll of p.t.f.e. tape(for joints).tools required are:-juniour hacksaw,spanner and maybe a file and a screwdriver and drill to fix rad.brackets to wall. you will save about £20 an hour in labour and B+Q give specialist advice on all subjects, cheers

Not quite as simple as that, you would have to drain the CH system first.
