I think the fact that there are 2 leadership challengers, Owen Smith and Angela Eagle (thus splitting the PLP vote) may mean that there may be a leak from the NEC saying that Jeremy Corbyn may have to get the required number of 51 mps to be in the running.
Wouldn't surprise me if this is the case, that if possible the really big hidden heavyweights will then throw their hats in the ring as contenders somehow

Angela Eagle's office windows bricked.

Phones had to be disconnected because of the constant abusive telephone calls.

Well done Wallasey, you're really showing your true colours and showing up the Wirral nationally.

That well and truly shows up the Corbyn supporters. Not a good advert for them or him either. How do these people always manage to shoot themselves in the foot ? Anyone who is likely to be a Corbyn supporter, will be highly unlikely to admit it. A bit like Farage supporters, who were blacklisted for so long because of hypocrisy and belittlement . Or the Tory supporters who have constantly been ridiculed for supposedly, supporting the 'posh' party.
Well, the boots on the other foot. What an absolute disgrace.

It's certainly beginning to take a dark turn , harking back to those terrible Hatten and co days. Do we really want to go back to all that? Angela Eagle having to have protection ,we all know what happened to Jo Cox we don't want another terrible incident . The worlds gone mad!

And we wonder why there are divisions in society.

This is not democratic!

"But there is good news for anti-Corbyn MPs. Non-Labour members wishing to vote in the contest this time will have to pay £25, not £3 as last time.

The ability to vote so cheaply in the election last time was regarded as part of why Corbyn won, with backers of more left wing parties able to influence the outcome.

Members must also have been in the party at least six months, disqualifying the tens of thousands who have joined in recent days"

Eagle, Benn and Kinnock have been encouraging £3 supporters to join up to oust JC - they should be done for lying. Snakes- the lot of them

Maybe interesting to some: a way round the £25 fee

Very important information, Unite Community and the genius that is Len McCluskey, has opened up a £2.00 registered supporters scheme with Unite Community. Meaning to be a Registered Supporter you don't have to pay £25.00 and if you joined the Party after January 12th you can vote.
Send these Blairites a message and sign up en - masses and take back control of socialism and democracy within our party. Quite frankly the £25.00 act is Elitist, snobbery at its best.
What Unite have done is Socialism.

https://www.unitetheunion.org/…/unit…/your-party-your-voice/

Community branches are not just for the un-employed, working people can join too but would need to pay the full fees for workers rights protection.

P.M me for more info.

I think its disgusting the way the labour party are going on about petty things. They should be all pulling together and showing an example not spitting dummys out at each other.
Who is going to vote for them if they behave like this.

Perhaps you could define 'petty things' and we can take it from there?

Quite right, Snowy. They are simply not a party in opposition. I still think a new political party will arise from this and in the very near future.
Those who have resigned will not take a back seat, they are all far too entrenched in politics to let it pass them bye.

I absolutely agree, Granny. Corbyn and a very few of his extreme left-wing mates will be isolated.
