I believe it will be in capitol buildings next to the new Age Concern charity shop.

Hurray another Take-away in Liscard, all we need now are a few more pawn brokers, charity shops and a couple more discount store and we can enter the worst town in the U.K contest.

walked through liscard before and jesus has it changed!
there's now a phones4u to go with the carphone warehouse that was already there
that bargain furniture shop has moved to make way for one of them supersaver type shops...
and dominoes opening now to rival papa johns.
excellent...
edit: oh yeh and a "money shop" to get million % interest loans.
